Thank you for choosing our product! Please read these rules before use and check the quality/relevance of the goods to the order. In the event that defective/inappropriate goods are delivered, we are ready to: (A) exchange the goods; (B) compensate the part of its value; (C) take the goods back and refund the full price, including postage. Be careful - if the product/packaging is damaged after opening the parcel, the amount of compensation may be reduced. You have the right to refuse the entire purchase/individual product and return its value within 14 days. We return funds to the buyer within 14 days after receiving the refusal and the goods by wire or postal transfer. To return or exchange an item, you must: (1) completely fill out the return form with all the requested information, attach: (2) the product, (3) the package, (4) a copy of the order form (description of the order), (5) a copy of receipt/receipt, and (6) send to the Seller's address specified in the refusal form. We recommend insuring of the parcel for value of the goods. DO NOT send parcel Cash-On-Delivery. The seller is not responsible if the rules of memo for the buyer are not kept up or there is an inappropriate product in the parcel.
