TERMS OF SALE AND SHIPPING POLICY

APPLICATION
These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all consumer purchases from SEAWAY DRAGON LP (“Product”) in the EU and Great Britain.
ORDERS, ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION
Your order is an offer to buy. We phone you to confirm your order, but we do not accept your order until it is shipped. We may process payment for and ship parts of an order separately. We reserve the right at any time, even after we phone to you and confirm the order, to decline or cancel your order or to limit order quantities for any reason, including errors or suspected fraud.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Prices and promotions are subject to change. We strive to communicate accurate pricing and product information, but errors may occur. In the unlikely event that an error impacts your order, or a Product ordered is no longer available, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order.
TAXES AND FEES
You are responsible for sales and other taxes associated with your order.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from our EU stores to your country by Transport companies and Courier Services.
The approximate delivery time indicated here is based on the dates for the most standard delivery. However, the delivery of some orders may take longer due to delays in carriage or any other unforeseen difficulties arising for reasons beyond our control.
The order will be delivered to the address indicated by the recipient not later than in 30 days. Upon delivery, you must confirm your name that was specified when placing the order. If the delivery address specified by the recipient is not served by Courier you will be informed by our Custom Service. You are responsible for inspecting the package(s) upon delivery and must note any visible damage on the proof of delivery (POD) or other delivery receipt the carrier asks you to sign.

PURCHASES MAY NOT BE RESOLD OR EXPORTED
Your purchase is for your own use, not for resale, export, re-export or transfer. Your purchase is subject to and you are responsible for compliance with the export control and economic sanctions laws of the EU and other applicable jurisdictions (“Export Laws”). Your purchase may not be sold, leased, or transferred to restricted countries, restricted end users, or for restricted end uses according to the Export Laws.
GOVERNING LAW
THESE TERMS AND ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND SEAWAY DRAGON LP WILL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF UNITED KINGDOM, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAW.
